- Goyette Mechanical , Greater Detroit Area Manager.
- In August of 2004 Lund took on the position of Area Sales Manager for Goyette Mechanical Inc. His responsibilities include the development and market expansion in the Metro Detroit area. He specializes in design build projects and commercial service contracts. Growth for this market has been over 100% per year. In June of 2006, Lund opened a new branch office in Pontiac, Michigan. This division of Goyette produced over $3,600,000 in 2007. Goyette is one of the top 100 mechanical contractors in the United States .
- ReGroup Advisors, LLC. , Chief Operations Officer & Owner
- In September of 2003 Lund joined the team at Regroup Advisors. ReGroup is a "turn-around specialist" company. Lund worked with corporations to review all of their internal processes and develop a plan of action that would lead to cost reductions and improvements to quality and sales. During the start-up of this organization, Lund successfully developed and trained V-line Manufacturing and Cornerstone Schools in the ISO certification process. While Lund is no longer involved in Regroup, he remains close to the board of directors and still utilizes many of the industry best practices to insure success of his own projects and programs.
- Ultra-Cast Company, LLC., Chief Operations Officer
- In June of 2002 Lund was hired to turn around an ailing specialty foundry. Ultra-Cast (located in Peru, Indiana) manufactures centrifugally cast stainless steel tube and fitting for the petrochemical industry. The petrochemical fired heaters required 100% X-ray and full automation TIG welding procedures. Within six months Lund doubled its monthly production levels from $800K to over $1.6 million. As the company quickly began to make money Lund purchased the necessary equipment and machinery to continue the companies turn around. Capital expenditures were systematically analyzed to insure proper ROI's and to make sure it fit into our overall objectives. Lund set about to develop a job cost system that would insure that costs of sales were lower than price sold. Scheduling and measurement of each department led to the recovery of Ultra-Cast. Lund also had full P&L responsibility. Along with the growth Lund also reduced G&A cost by 30%. This in turn insured a faster recovery of the company. Ultra-Cast Annual sales were 16 million. In addition Lund was also named President of Ultra-Cast subsidiary Alon Surface Technologies. Alon's annual sales are$2.5 Million. Total employees under Lund's direction numbers over 125.
- The Robert Carter Company, LLC., President/CEO/Owner
- Lund acquired Robert Carter Company in 1998, and within two years, grew the Oak Park company into Metro Detroit's fifth largest mechanical contractor. He oversaw sales efforts that led revenue of $18 million, up 32% in 24 months and profits up 25% in the same period. Lund introduced cultural changes that placed a higher value on employee participation, empowerment and accountability.

- Achievements:
- Expanded services to include HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting and steam systems. This included building a state of the art pipe fabrication facility with ten work stations and automatic welders.
- Designed and managed the Timberline Gold construction accounting software that allows project managers to track project schedules, profitability and potential cost overruns. In addition Lund purchased and utilized estimation bid software as well as Primavera Project Management software.
- Integrated new data network and intranet that served daily 120 employees both on job sites and at the business's central office.
- Fueled growth in customer base beyond automotive market to include medical and industrial segments. Clients included: Beaumont Hospital, Oakland University, Marathon Ashland, University of Michigan, Robert Bosch, Borg Warner, General Motors, Ford Motor Co., Barton Malow, Walbridge Aldinger, Ellis Don, and many others.
- Created an open book management style that shared all the vital information of the company with the employees. This created an environment that promoted solid team work. This approach was the reason Lund received the coveted " Future Fifty Corporations" award from the Detroiter Magazine.
- Lund Dasherboards Inc., President & CEO
- In 1995 Lund created a new company to complement the skill sets of Midwest Process Equipment. This company built and installed galvanized and aluminum hockey dasher board systems. Within six months sales where over $500,000 and outstanding quotations in excess of $1,000,000. At this time Lund was approached to sell the company and did so successfully within eight months of starting the company.
- Midwest Process Equipment Inc., President & CEO
- Lund started Midwest in 1990, with four employees and $30,000. By 1998, he had grown the mechanical contractor large enough to acquire The Robert Carter Company. The stainless steel fabrication and mechanical contracting company offered superior customer service. The customer base included Frito Lay, Pepsi Cola, and Coca-Cola.

- In 1997 purchased and merged Midwest Process equipment into The Robert Carter Company.

- Held in Toronto participants would attend quarterly planning and goal setting classes to make Mr. Lund a more effective leader and to insure concentration on the core values of his company.
